Terms And Conditions
(Group Sessions)
 

 1.  All deposits/lesson fees are non-refundable.

 2.  Installment payments must be made on agreed dates, or payment option will become void.
 

 3.  Failure to keep installment payments may result in position being lost on course.

 4.  No smoking, alcohol or drug use will be tolerated.
 

 5.  No eating during lessons.
 

 6.  Mobile phones are to be switched off during class.
 

 7.  Abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

 8.  Clients/Students are expected to behave in a friendly and cordial manner.
 

 9.  Children are not permitted in sessions unless by special arrangement.
 

10. The Academy reserves the right to refuse any client/student entry.
 

11. Under no circumstances is recording equipment allowed in the sessions.

12.  Private session element can only be taken after full payment is made.
